VIP Day Pass Rules of Use

1. VIP Day Pass (VDP)

Must be surrendered at the nominated merchant. VDP's may not be traded or resold. Carefully read each VDP before using. Offers apply only to the items specified on the VDP. The VDP Valid date is recorded on each voucher.

2. Non-Transferrable

The VDP is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Redeeming your Offer

To redeem each offer you must present and surrender your VDP printout on your chosen VIP day. You must also present photo ID confirming your name and Date of Birth. Should you fail to show Photo ID to confirm your name and Date of Birth the merchant reserves the right to refuse to honour the VDP.

4. Lost or stolen VDP

Treat your VDP like cash. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstance.

5. Valid Date

Your VDP may be used within 30 days of your redemption date subject to availablitiy of the chosen merchant. Total value of offer during this time should not exceed the voucher value of $250.00.

6. Booking Essential

You MUST call each merchant prior to your chosen VIP Day to advise them you are a My Life's Good Book (MLGB) VIP and how many will be in your party. If you do not advise them in advance, the merchant reserves the right to refuse to honour the VIP Day Pass Offer.

7. Valid Anytime

VDP's can be used at merchants any time except the following days:

· Christmas Eve / Christmas Day · Boxing Day · New Year's Eve / New Year's Day

· Valentine's Day · Good Friday / Easter Sunday · Mother's Day.

Unless otherwise indicated, MLGB offers are not valid on these days.

8. Not valid with other third-party offers

VDP is exclusive and may not be combined with any other third-party discount programs running in conjunction at any of our participating businesses including other My Life's Good Book promotions.

9. Dine-in

Restaurant and Cafe offers are only valid for dine-in only, unless otherwise stated.

10. Dress Code

When using your VDP it is important that you dress appropriately for the venue. If the merchant believes that you have not complied with their minimum dress standard they reserve the right not to honour the voucher.

11.VDP Entitlement

For restaurant and cafe merchants will deduct the price of the VDP holders' meal, up to the maximum value stated on the valid VDP presented at the time at which it is redeemed.

If the merchant is running a breakfast, lunch or dinner special, your voucher is still valid. If it incorporates more than one course or includes beverages, the value of the main course portion will be deducted up to the maximum value stated on the valid VDP presented at the time at which it is redeemed.

For Service and Product Merchants the offers will be as per the Printed Offer.

12. Refunds / Returns Policy

MLGB will not be responsible for any merchant who refuses to honour their agreement with MLGB or refuses to honour the VDP in accordance with these Rules of Use. Should this occur, it does not entitle the holder to a refund or cancellation. However, MLGB will do everything possible to ensure this situation does not occur.

13. One VIP Pass per booking

Only One (1) VDP can be used at any booking with a merchant.

A VIP holder is limited to visit a merchant once within a 365 day period, even though a member may receive more than one VIP Day Pass Gift Certificate.

14. Code of Conduct

Should any MLGB VIP be reported to be causing mischief or unruly conduct at any of the merchants premise they may have their VDP revoked and must surrender their VDP, and may be excluded from all future promotions offered by My Life's Good Book, including any future VDP's.
